Home Instead is seeking a dynamic professional who is a team-oriented self-starter who desires to work for a leader in the growing home care industry. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, possesses great communication skills and can work effectively with all co-workers, colleagues professionals in the industry and clients/families. As the Home Care Consultant and as a part of our team you will be responsible for maintaining and developing current and future client and referral provider relationships. ​​Communicate and meet with prospective client and family members seeking home care services.

Qualifications:
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Two (2) or more years of experience in customer relations, related business and/or sales experience
• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality, discretion, integrity and fair mindedness
• Ability to multi-task, manage time, and be detail oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, and the ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently
• Ability to be cross trained within the company

Responsibilities: 
• As the Home Care Consultant and as a part of our team you will be responsible for maintaining and developing current and future client and referral provider relationships
• Communicate and meet with prospective client and family members seeking home care services
• Schedule and conduct in-home care consultations with prospective clients, take phone inquiries, provide appropriate follow up while working with office staffing team to coordinate care
• Maintain and establish professional relationships with targeted referral providers.
• Conduct new client and caregiver introductions
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) visits/calls with clients and care staff, as needed
• Participate in various PR/ Marketing/ RPN programs.
